Q. Why do my treated dust mops leave a residue?

A. The oil and silicone on treated dust mops can get trapped between layers of finish during recoating and cause the floor to become blotchy. Use only untreated dust mops or mops treated with EnviroStar Green Dust Mop Treatment.
